With in-depth knowledge of commodity trade execution and shipping operations, Jeremy empowers our partners to drive performance and transform their organisations.

Charles Funnell is the Managing Director of CF Commodities GmbH, a boutique risk management consultancy. Charles has held senior positions across the commodity sector. With over 25 years leadership experience in the origination, trading and industrial market segments Charles brings to Crest his extensive customer, business development and risk management skill sets that further enable our client partnerships.
Matt Shellabear

Matt is a graduate of IMD Lausanne and has held senior leadership & executive positions in the logistics & commodities sector including at DHL, Cargill, Cofco International, CBH Group and Darigold. Matt is an executive and leadership coach with a global client base. Matt brings his vast knowledge and experience to Crest and advises on strategy, operational transformation and governance.
